I am delighted to introduce myself as the new nursery manager, Fern.
I have had the privilege of being part of the Lavender Farm team and serving its wonderful community for 17 years now. I started as a volunteer after leaving school and have been here ever since! Throughout the years I have been fortunate enough to further my own education and knowledge in Early Years whilst gaining first-hand experience of caring, nurturing and educating the children here at Lavender Farm.
As a mother to 2 young children myself, I can truly understand the level of trust a parent is placing when choosing a childcare provider for their child, which is why I am fully committed to working alongside parents to create the right kind of environment and setting for every child to be able to flourish, learn, grow and reach their full potential.
